Tom joins as Chief Growth Officer to lead Healthmap Solutions' Kidney Population Health Management growth expansion strategy, client relationships, and sales and marketing. He brings over 25 years of successful growth and innovation experience to the company, which is rapidly growing to serve more Medicare Advantage/Employer-Sponsored plans, ACOs and Provider groups. In 2006 Tom created the Sleep Benefits Management industry and is looking forward to similar success with Healthmap Solutions and the Kidney Population Health Management healthcare space.
